If you are like me, scheduling a meeting often feels like herding cats, with the endless back and forth emails trying to keep track of who’s available at which times. A friend just turned me on to Doodle, a free app that lets you find the best time for a group to meet without all of the back and forth emails.
Doodle is super user-friendly and takes only a minute to set up. Just create your event and select all of the possible dates you want to propose to the group. The app creates a link that you can paste into an email and sent to the group. It keeps track of who’s available when, comments, etc, without the endless rounds of emails. There is a premium version too but the free one seems to work just fine. Try it and let us know what you think.
